King Charles and Queen Camilla Rewrite One Royal Tradition in Historic Maundy Service

The Royal Maundy Service has been around for centuries — coins, purses, and all the pageantry you'd expect.

Arriving at St Asaph Cathedral with Queen Camilla, the King brought one of Britain's oldest and most beloved traditions back to Welsh soil, for only the second time in 800 years.

And if you think that's all? There's a twist that made this Easter visit one for the history books.

King Charles Just Revived Queen Elizabeth's Easter Tradition and It's More Meaningful Than You Think

The Royal Maundy Service landed in Wales with the former Prince of Wales, and he made sure it meant something.

For the King, it was a homecoming to a land he called his own for over six decades. For the tradition, it was a revival of something Queen Elizabeth held very dear.

And the number 77? That's where it gets interesting — 77 men, 77 women, and 77 pennies, all pointing back to one very significant number in the King's life this year.

The Sussexes Ski Into Easter! 🎿

While the royals were busy with doing the royal stuff, the Sussexes were busy skiing up the slopes. Harry, Meghan, and Archie celebrated Easter the only way the Sussexes know how — gloriously, unapologetically off-script.

Bunnies and church? Not quite.
Ski boots and snow? Absolutely!

Did You Know?🤔

The late Queen Elizabeth had a very particular Good Friday ritual — and it was all about the chips. She enjoyed a hake supper every year, but the chips had to be cut to exactly the same length — perfect rectangles, every single one. Not a wonky chip in sight
