Prince Harry turned 41 on September 15, and no one was more celebratory than his better half, Meghan Markle.
To mark the occasion, the Duchess of Sussex shared a rare throwback photo on Instagram from the Duke’s 31st birthday with the flirty caption, "On Hi, Birthday Boy."
The photo honored his veteran status, showing him in military uniform staring into the camera, wearing his former surname, 'Wales,' on his badge.
The post comes just a day after Markle had marked her husband’s return to the US with a sweet picture on Instagram.
